PMI Elite Properties is a full service real estate asset management company that specializes in residential property management services. We provide residential property owners with the highest quality property management services using state-of-the-art technology to keep them informed of how their investments are doing in real time, while providing tenants of these properties access to maintenance requests and billing.

Liz was born and raised in Canada before moving to the United States in 1990. While raising her children she was working for the Hillsborough County School District and involved in real estate investments.
She has over 20 years experience in real estate, during which time Liz and her husband Steve have flipped houses and owned several rental properties. As a value-added service, Liz is also a licensed Notary Public in the State of Florida for the convenience of customers.
With her extensive real estate background spanning two decades, Liz prides herself on providing exceptional customer service. When not working, Liz enjoys spending time on the water with her two adult boys, her husband and friends whenever possible.
Before Steve became owner of PMI Elite Properties with his wife Elisabeth, he had a long career in electronics, software, project management, and independent consulting.
Steve has been an independent business owner and part of the corporate world serving as a Director. This has given him a well-rounded perspective on people and processes. He has invested, managed, and sold his own rental properties for years.
He has been in this area of Florida since 2003 and has a good knowledge of the Manatee and Sarasota market. When not working, Steve enjoys family, friends, sports, boating, and spending time with his two adult boys whenever possible.
With a passion for building relationships and helping others achieve their real estate goals, Jazzmen serves as the Business Development Manager for PMI Elite Properties. She specializes in connecting property owners, investors, and real estate professionals with tailored property management and real estate solutions that protect investments and maximize long-term returns.
Leveraging a background in leadership, sales, operations, and real estate, Jazzmen takes a consultative approach to every client relationship. She helps property owners evaluate rental potential, explore investment strategies, and navigate the evolving real estate market. Through complimentary rental analyses, strategic partnerships, and community engagement, she is committed to delivering value through education, transparency, and exceptional service.
